The Wharf Phase I includes the design and construction of a 501 unit apartment building pursuing LEED Silver, a 6000 seat concert hall pursuing LEED Silver, an office building pursuing LEED Gold, a 281 unit apartment/condo building pursuing LEED Silver, a yacht club pursuing LEED Silver and a 700,000 square foot parking garage.
